MARKETING, MARKET RESEARCH, SALES, and PURCHASING POSITIONS

Senior Buyer – Packaging (#4353 – Greater Sheboygan, WI area)  Lead the strategic sourcing functions for all packaging categories (labels, film, corrugate, cartons, trays) for the leading food manufacturer.  Identify, lead, and support quality, cost productivity, and business relationships with suppliers.  Negotiate pricing agreements and lead strategic procurement of packaging items and oversee two direct reports.  BS/BA with 5 years’ food manufacturing packaging experience required.  Coaching/mentoring/leadership experience strongly preferred.  Certifications as a CPSM or APCIS a big plus.  Extensive benefit package, salary range of $100K – $115K with a $5K – $10K target bonus (paid monthly), and relocation benefits.

Associate Brand Manager (#4351 – Knoxville, TN)  Develop brand objectives and strategies, develop and launch line extensions, and manage brand budget for the CPG manufacturer.  Track retail sales trends and analyze competitive activity.  MBA preferred with 5-8 years of consumer marketing, market research or sales experience including IRI/Nielsen syndicated data and household panel information.  Digital and online marketing experience.  Full benefit package and salary range of $105K – $120K with a 30-40% target bonus and relocation benefits.

Marketing Manager (#4381 – San Diego area)  Develop and deliver marketing campaigns and initiatives for this specialty memorabilia company. Develop new ideas for campaigns, product launches, events, etc.  Manage a marketing coordinator; negotiate sponsorships with licensees, collectors, and others.  Research and work with social influencers, bloggers, and reviewers.  BS/BA – Business or Marketing with 5+ years’ experience in marketing, social media, promotions or related.  Strong knowledge of social media marketing and knowledge of entertainment licenses.  $80K – $85K; minimal relocation benefits available.

Director of Key Accounts – Retail (#4384 – select locations)  Manage broker success, maintain and grow share at existing key accounts including Kroger, Wegmans, AHOLD/Delhaize, Trader Joe’s, Aldi, Target, Albertsons, and more.  Oversee full sales cycle and develop sales strategy.  BS/BA required with 10-15 years retail grocery experience.  Salary range of $155K – $185K, 30% target bonus, company car, and full benefit package.  Candidate must live in the Midwest, Central Eastern states, Southeast, or South.

Project Manager (#4395 – Elgin, IL) Oversee the entire lifecycle of new product commercialization projects from concept to launch for this food manufacturer with a strong focus on R&D-based projects.  Manage multiple large product launch projects, each with multiple SKUs.  BS/BA – Business, Marketing, or related required with 6+ years of project management experience, preferably in product commercialization. CPG/food manufacturing experience required.  Cross-functional team (10+) leadership experience and strong understanding of product development and operational processes.  PMP Certification a big plus.  $110K – $130K, 10% target bonus, full benefit package; minimal relocation benefits.

SANITATION / PRODUCTION / QUALITY ASSURANCE / SAFETY

Sanitation Supervisor – 3rd Shift   (#4392 – Stoughton, WI area) Lead and support a sanitation crew for a leading food manufacturer. Coach, mentor, and supervise a team of 16 on the 3rd shift (10:30 pm – 6:00 am).  Ensure adherence to sanitation standards, food safety requirements, and company processes. Requires 1-3 years’ experience in leading/mentoring a team in manufacturing sanitation, preferably in a food environment.  Must have a hands-on leadership style and willing to lead from the floor.  Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.  Hourly rate of $25-$35/hour, full benefits, and target bonus. Local candidates only.

Production Manager – 3rd Shift (E4396 – Elgin, IL) Oversee daily manufacturing operations from production to packaging for this food manufacturer.  Manage staff, optimize yields, control costs, and enforce sanitation.  Lead people and processes for assigned functional area(s).  Analyze manufacturing data and respond to reports on yield, trim, labor costs, and operational trends.  Ensure all GMPs, SSOPs, and SOPs are adhered to.  Ensure sanitation duties are completed to satisfaction.  High School Diploma or equivalent required; BS/BA – Food Science or related a big plus; 2+ years’ experience in a leadership role in a food manufacturing environment; strong conflict management and problem-solving skills.  $75K-$90K, 10-15% target bonus, full benefit package; no relocation benefits.

MAINTENANCE

Maintenance Supervisor (#4401 – Greater Green Bay, WI area) Responsible for all equipment, systems, and mechanical personnel for this food manufacturer.  Ensure all preventive maintenance are scheduled and completed.  Mentor and coach operations/maintenance personnel on technical fundamentals; schedule work assignments, and provide weekend coverage in production department rotation.  Determine root cause of downtime and quality issues. BS/BA – Engineering degree preferred with 3-5 years’ experience in plant maintenance and 5+ years maintenance manufacturing leadership/supervisory experience, preferably in food manufacturing.  Must be able to read blueprints, schematics, etc. and proficient in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and facility systems.  Salary of $70K – $110K (depending on skill level), complete benefit package, and 10% target bonus.  Minimal relocation benefits available for the well-qualified candidate.

Electro-Mechanical Technician 2nd Shift (#4283 – Madison / Oconomowoc, WI area) Responsible for all production and industrial refrigeration equipment, electrical and control systems.  Apply RCA to improve/eliminate future problems.  Perform preventive maintenance on all plant equipment for this food manufacturer.  Minimum HS Diploma, industrial maintenance experience required including ammonia refrigeration, HVAC, and/or steam generator (boiler).  Basic electrical experience required; PLC experience a big plus.  $27 – $32/hour + $1.50 shift differential for 2nd shift, OT as production demands, and bonus program. No relocation benefits available.  Hours are approximately (based on production demands):  2nd shift:  2:00 pm – 11:00 pm Monday through Friday with occasional weekends.

 ENGINEERING / TECHNICAL POSITIONS

Mechanical Project Engineer (#4375 – Madison, WI)  Design and develop new manufacturing equipment and processes to meet the needs of new product requirements for this chemical manufacturer.  Collaborate with product design engineering to make improvements to existing products.  Specify and procure new capital equipment for manufacturing processes.  BS – Mechanical Engineering (or related field) required with 4-7 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.  Skilled in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.  Must have project management experience, capital equipment expenditure project leadership, and injection molding experience.  $80K – $90K with target bonus, profit sharing bonus, holiday bonus, and full benefit package.  Minimal relocation benefits.

Process Technician / Engineer (#4363 – Chippewa Falls, WI area)  Responsible for formulation control, optimization, and new formula creation for this dairy product manufacturer.  Ensure formulas meet all required regulations.  Design and conduct trials for all new recipes including scale-up to industrial trials.  Two years of food manufacturing experience required, including experience in Quality, lab, and incoming ingredient grading.  Process cheese production experience is a big plus.  $75K-$90K with a 15% target bonus;  local candidates only.

Senior Structural Engineer (#4387 – Birmingham, AL)  Lead engineer for small and large projects in civil and structural engineering.  Manage quality, budget, and schedule.  Establish project scope, budgets and visit sites to oversee project status.  BS – Civil/Structural Engineering, Licensed as a PE (SE preferred) and 10+ years’ experience in structural engineering.  Knowledge of steel, concrete, masonry, and related codes (IBS, ASCE 7, ACI, AISC, etc.).  Skilled in Revit, BIM, AutoCAD, RISA, Navisworks, and Bluebeam.  $125K – $145K (hourly rate of $60-$70) with overtime as needed.  Full-time, permanent position with full benefit package and $5K relocation benefits available.

Mechanical HVAC and Plumbing Engineering Manager (#4385 – Green Bay, WI) Oversee the design and engineering of HVAC and plumbing systems for commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings.  Oversee a team of mechanical engineers, designers, and technicians.  Manage multiple projects from concept through construction completion.  Must have 10 years HVAC engineering and 3-5 years of team management experience in a commercial, industrial, or institutional system.  Proficiency in mechanical design software including AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Trane TRACE, Carrier HAP or related.  Knowledge of relevant codes (ASHRAE, ASPE, IMC, IPC, IBC, and NFPA).  Advanced certification in LEED AP, CEM, CPD preferred.  Demonstrated ability to lead and develop technical teams.  $110K – $120K, annual bonus program and full benefit package.  No relocation benefits available.

Mechanical Project Manager #4364 – Green Bay, WI) Lead the planning, execution, and completion of project Phase 1 to meet all technical, financial, and schedule requirements.  Utilize efficient labor resources and serve as primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders regarding project status.  BS/BA preferred or a 5-year trade apprenticeship with 10+ years’ experience in construction and 10+ years’ experience as a project manager in the industrial industry.  Must have a strong background in HVAC, piping, and plumbing; new construction and maintenance projects exceeding $10M; and experience managing up to 50 job-site employees.  Salary of $110K – $125K, annual bonus program, and complete benefit package.  No relocation benefits available.

HR /  FINANCE / ACCOUNTING /  IT / LOGISTICS / OTHER POSITIONS

JDE Developer (#4398 – San Diego, CA area) Design, implement, and maintain a high-availability business process and direct support of JDE within an Oracle environment. Provide functional and technical support for the procurement, subcontract management, financial, job cost, and contract billing modules for JDE V9.x ERP software. BS/BA – Computer Science or Information Systems strongly preferred with 5+ years of experience in all areas of JDE, SQL administration, JDE Enterprise One Modules, Oracle ODA environment with OVM. Must be able to be on-call beyond normal business hours and on weekends. $130K – $140K; minimal relocation benefits.

Senior Software Developer (#4397 – San Diego, CA area) Lead enterprise software initiatives and contribute to technical execution and strategic planning. Manage development team, drive solutions, and collaborate with IT leadership to align technical with business goals. Architect, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET and C#. Mentor junior developers, oversee code quality and promote team development. BS/BA – Computer Science or related (Masters degree a plus) OR equivalent work experience AND 10 years hands-on experience with .NET and C#. Must have at least 5 years leadership experience, deep understanding of SQL Server database architecture and optimization, and ability to manage, mentor, and evaluate software development teams. Must have project management methodology experience; skills in Blazer, ABP.io Framework, Azure App Services, and OpenID Connect a big plus. $130K – $150K; minimal relocation benefits.

Demand Planner Hybrid Position (#4361-Fairfield, NJ) Manage demand planning process for this food manufacturer. Develop accurate supply and demand plans, prepare forecast data, and develop statistical forecast models. Provide insight for supply/demand imbalances. BS/BA, 3+ years of demand planning or supply chain planning (food manufacturing experience strongly preferred); 5+ years of experience in supporting multiple manufacturing site locations strongly preferred. APICS Certification preferred; demonstrated skills with demand planning tools required. Advanced skills in Excel with a strong understanding of John Galt Atlas and Sage X3 tools in an ERP system. $80K – $110K with a 10% target bonus. Hybrid position: Monday and Fridays are remote.

Prepress Quality Control Technician (#4382 – San Diego, CA area) Review print design engineering, and product content to ensure quality standards within lithographic pre-production environment. Make recommendations to ensure quality standards are met. HS Diploma or equivalent; college degree with a Graphic Arts emphasis a big plus. Must have 5+ years prepress experience or related with a knowledge of Kodak Prinergy a plus. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite required with a familiarity with the 4/c process (spot colors, varnish, foil, die cuts, deboss, and/or embossing. $25 – $27/hour, full benefit package, and $2K relocation benefits available.

Supply Chain Analyst (#4362 – Elgin, IL) Manage flow of finished goods for this food manufacturer including inventory level analysis, planning, production scheduling and deployment, and new product development integration. Support inventory strategies for promotional campaigns, support continuous improvement, and maintain strong working relationships with warehouse and third-party leadership. BS/BA – Supply Chain or related required. Skilled in data analysis and critical thinking skills to provide solutions. Strong understanding of Excel including pivot tables, index matches, V-Lookup, IF statements required; experience with John Galt, SAP, APO, or other MRP planning tools preferred. $80K-$100K with a 10% target bonus; local candidates only.
