MARKETING, MARKET RESEARCH, SALES, and PURCHASING POSITIONS
(Senior) Brand Manager (#4348 – Madison, WI area) Manage product marketing, data analytics, and strategy for major portfolio with a leading CPG food company. Manage budgets, execute marketing programs, and oversee promo activities including shopper marketing, digital/social, Amazon, etc. BS/BA; MBA strongly preferred (Marketing emphasis a big pus) with 5+ years CPG brand management experience. Strong analytical skills with experience in SPINS, IRI, and/or Nielsen data. Retail selling in brick-and-mortar retail-facing brands. $115K – $150K (depending on experience level), 10-15% target bonus, and relocation benefits.
Technical Sales Representative (#4345 – greater Boston, MA area) Manage sales territory of an existing distributor network and customer base in a territory including ME, VT, NH, MA, and RI). Develop an annual business plan, attend trade shows, and provide technical training to distributor sales reps. Must have BS/BA with 2+ years industrial sales experience. Experience selling to a distributor/broker network strongly preferred. Must live within the greater Boston area, have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Occasional overnight travel of 1/night per week. $90K – $100K + $15K target bonus, year-end bonus, holiday bonus, profit sharing, company car.

SANITATION / PRODUCTION / QUALITY ASSURANCE / SAFETY
Chemical Hygiene Safety Manager ##4343 – Madison, WI area) Develop, implement, and maintain facility’s chemical hygiene plant in accordance with OSHA, ACGIH, etc. Manage and execute industrial hygiene testing for hazardous processes. Manage chemical-related emergencies and conduct risk assessments of toxic chemical use, storage areas, and lab processes to identify hazards. BS – Chemistry, EHS, or related required with 5+ years’ experience in chemical safety, lab safety, or EHS in a manufacturing environment. Experience with OSHA, EPA, ACGIH regulations and developing/managing a CHP. $100K – $120K + bonus program and profit sharing.

Monitor chemical use and provide guidance on hazardous chemical disposal. Maintain all regulatory compliance at the local, state, and federal levels. Maintain risk-based programs to promote performance improvements. BS/BA required with 5+ years of experience in Enviornmental, EHS, or Engineering; food manufacturing experience a big plus. Experience with OSHA, SARA, RETA, and EPA requirements as well as water management. $90K – $115K + $10K – $15K target bonus.
MAINTENANCE
Electro-Mechanical Technician 2nd Shift (#4283 – Madison / Oconomowoc, WI area) Responsible for all production and industrial refrigeration equipment, electrical and control systems. Apply RCA to improve/eliminate future problems. Perform preventive maintenance on all plant equipment for this food manufacturer. Minimum HS Diploma, industrial maintenance experience required including ammonia refrigeration, HVAC, and/or steam generator (boiler). Basic electrical experience required; PLC experience a big plus. $27 – $32/hour + $1.50 shift differential for 2nd shift, OT as production demands, and bonus program. No relocation benefits available. Hours are approximately (based on production demands): 2nd shift: 2:00 pm – 11:00 pm Monday through Friday with occasional weekends.

HR / FINANCE / ACCOUNTING / IT / LOGISTICS / OTHER POSITIONS
Senior Finance Manager (#4346 – Green Bay, WI) Provide financial supports for all aspects of the assigned BU for this national food manufacturer including financial statements and reporting, financial analysis, local account processes, capital project proposals, and customer pricing presentations. Prepare forecasts and annual budgets and manage 1-2 Financial Analysts. BS/BA – Accounting or Finance required, CPA or advanced degree with 7-10 years’ relevant experience in a distribution or manufacturing company. Solid understanding of GAAP, strong Excel and Access skills; JD Edwards experience a big plus. Must have strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills. Strong aptitude in understanding of enterprise systems and related modules. Supervisory/leadership experience. $120K – $155K and 20% target bonus.
Human Resources Generalist (#4336 – Madison, WI) Manage full cycle recruiting, disciplinary actions/investigations, and benefit administration. BS/BA in Human Resources or related discipline preferred with 3-5 years relevant HR Generalist experience to include onboarding and benefit administration. Bilingual (English-Spanish) skills required. $75K + 10% target bonus; no relocation benefits available.
