Associate Product Manager (#4276 – Madison, WI) Assist with all marketing-related activities including tradeshows and sales meetings for this leading consumer chemical manufacturer. Develop promotional and sales materials; attend sales and customer meetings. Execute advertising campaigns that support new product introductions and manage websites, execute digital communications including e-blasts and online promotional content. BS/BA – Marketing or related with 3-5 years’ experience as an associate product manager. CPG and/or manufacturing experience strongly preferred. $75K – $90K + 3% bonus and relocation benefits.
Senior Brand Manager – Hybrid position (#4294 – Cincinnati, OH) Lead and manage strategy planning for brands/brand groups with multiple shopper categories. Train, coach, and lead direct reports. Lead brand research and develop category/brand insights. Manage brand marketing budget. BS/BA required; MBA a significant plus. Minimum 5+ years’ CPG food marketing experience; leadership/coaching experience required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a big plus. $150K – $170K + 20% target bonus.
Senior Brand Manager (#4287 – Elk Grove Village, IL area) Develop annual marketing plans for this food manufacturer to support foodservice and retail marketing channels. Develop marketing budget, manage product messaging development, and oversee agency relations. MBA preferred with 8+ years CPG marketing-related experience in foodservice; leadership experience; specific category product management and P&L experience. $150K – $170K + 20% target bonus and relocation benefits.
SANITATION / PRODUCTION / QUALITY ASSURANCE / SAFETY
Quality Assurance Manager (#4308 – Madison, WI) Support bakery operations by maintaining and implementing food safety policies. Maintain gluten free, organic, and non-GMO programs for four production lines, maintain HACCP program, and monitor sanitation. Oversee two direct reports. Must have 3-5 years’ experience in food safety and quality test methods; certification including SQF Practitioner, HACCP, and FSPCA. $90K – $115K + 15% target bonus; local candidates preferred.
Assistant Food Safety & Quality Manager – 2nd Shift (#4307 – Topeka, KS area) Identify trends and process variation with food safety/quality and execute correction actions. Define food safety and quality performance metrics. Coach and drive team members and drive continuous improvement efforts. Manage one direct report. 2nd shift: 11:00 am – 8:00 pm with flexibility to work outside these hours as plant needs require. BS/BA required (Food Science, Microbiology, or related field); 3+ years’ experience leading/coaching employees to greater levels of responsibility; strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP systems, USDA/FDA, Animal Handling and Welfare programs. SQF Practitioner Certification strongly preferred. $70K – $80K + 10-15% target bonus, extensive benefit package, profit sharing, and 401(k).
Safety Manager – 1st Shift (#4306 – Topeka, KS area) Lead, direct, plan, and implement safety programs for this food manufacturer. Conduct investigations of incidents to determine root causes and preventive measures. Develop and lead efforts of all safety KPIs. Responsible for safety oversight of 2nd and 3rd shift operations. BS/BA required (Safety discipline preferred); 5 years’ experience leading safety in a manufacturing environment (food manufacturing strongly preferred); proven team coaching/leadership experience. Ability to provide on-site oversight to 2nd and 3rd shift operations on a frequent basis. $83K – $105K + 10-15% target bonus, extensive benefit package including profit sharing.
Production Manager – 1st Shift (#4298 – Topeka, KS area) Coach, mentor, and develop team in the planning and execution of manufacturing objectives for this protein harvest food manufacturer. Utilize leadership, continuous improvement, project management, and team building skills to develop strategies. Facilitate and lead new product/technology implementation teams. BS/BA required with 5+ leadership/coaching experience in production manufacturing (food manufacturing strongly preferred). Skilled in continuous improvement methodologies. Environmental Health & Safety Manager – 1st Shift (#4301 – Frankfurt, IL area) Plan, direct, and lead implementation of safety and environmental programs and guidelines through continuous improvement, ownership, team member engagement, and drive for this protein harvesting facility. Mitigate environmental impact of plant activities. Lead, coach, and mentor Safety Coordinator. BS/BA required with 5+ years leading EHS in a manufacturing environment (food manufacturing experience strongly preferred; strong leadership/mentoring experience. $100K-$130K; 10% target bonus; relocation benefits for the well-qualified candidate.
Production Manager – Harvest (#4300 – Frankfort, IL area) Lead, mentor, coach, and develop harvest, deboning, and processing supervisors, team leaders, and team members. Facilitate and lead new product/technology implementation teams. Deliver continuous improvement in safety, quality, cost, and service. Safety Manager (#4289 – WI Dells area) Maintain compliance with all Federal, State, and local safety regulations regarding OSHA and state worker’s compensation laws for this food manufacturer. Maintain emergency action plan, conduct plant inspections, maintain all appropriate records, and ensure safety training. BS/BA preferred (or equivalent experience) in addition to 5 years’ experience leading and implementing safety programs in a food manufacturing environment. OSHA 10 and 30-Hour Certification required and proven record of implementing safety programs and procedures.
Quality Assurance Technician – 2nd Shift (#4274 – Appleton, WI) Test finished product for acid, salt, pH and brix. Test product for metal detection, color, flavor, and defects. Must have HS Diploma or GED and 2-4 years quality assurance experience in a food manufacturing facility and an ability to work in a refrigerated environment. 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm. $20-$25/hour + $2K signing bonus, 10% target bonus and full benefit package.
(2 openings) Quality Area Manager – 3rd Shift (#4288 – TN or WI) Develop, implement, and enhance quality systems for this food manufacturer. Manage quality coordinators and serve as technical resource for quality systems. 3rd shift: 10:00 pm – 6:00 am. BS/BA – technical or science discipline required with 4-6 years CPG food safety/QA experience. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, SQF Practitioner, or other GFSI-recognized certification highly preferred; strong understanding of food process and quality systems. Salary to $85K + 40% target bonus and relocation benefits.
MAINTENANCE
Maintenance Technician – 3 openings – 2nd and 3rd Shifts (#4297 – Appleton, WI) Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain food manufacturing production and facility equipment. Perform simple machinist duties, preventive maintenance and repairs on electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic production equipment. Associate degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance preferred; 4+ years manufacturing experience including electrical repair. Hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills a big plus. PLC programming experience a big plus. 1-2nd shift position: 4:00 pm – 2:30 am and 2-3rd shift openings: 10:00 pm – 6:30 am. $30 – $38/hour, 10% target bonus and $2K signing bonus.
Maintenance Manager – 1st Shift (#4286 – Manitowoc/Two Rivers, WI area) Coordinate maintenance department, preventative maintenance/repair of food manufacturing equipment. Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, procure parts, and schedule personnel. Manage 10 maintenance techs and 2 supervisors. Food manufacturing with 3-5 years industrial maintenance experience, including supervisory/leadership; welding experience preferred. $70K – $80K + 10% target bonus. Local candidates only.
Master Electrician (#4291 – WI Dells area)Improve electrical systems to improve performance of food manufacturing facility; repair/maintain PLCs; responsible for repair, installation, replacement, and testing of electrical circuits, equipment, and appliances. Off season schedule is four 10-hour days and peak season is five 12-hour days. HS Diploma or GED; must have State Certification to meet Master Electrician rating and industrial electrical troubleshooting and repair, including PLC programs.
Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift (#4271 – New London, WI area) Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment at this food manufacturing facility. Work on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic production machines. AA – Mechanical/Electrical or Industrial Maintenance preferred; 4+ years manufacturing experience (food manufacturing preferred); strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial skills; PLC experience a big plus. $25-$30/hour + shift differential, 10% annual target bonus and $2K signing bonus. 2nd shift – 5:00 pm – 3:30 am M-F; 4 10-hour days M-Th during non-peak season. No relocation benefits available.
Chemical Facility Maintenance Technician (#4264 – Madison, WI) Perform maintenance and repairs in a Class 1/Division 1 API chemical manufacturing facility on equipment including glass-lined reactors, vacuum pumps, drying ovens, glass condensers, and filter dryers. Associate degree in industrial maintenance or related with 10+ years’ experience maintaining glass-lined chemical reactors in a chemical manufacturing environment. Knowledge of safety measures required with chemical synthesis and API substances. $30-$35/hour, full benefits, and bonus program.
Electro-Mechanical Technician – 3rd Shift (#4263 – Sheboygan, WI area) Manage reliability and maintenance of food manufacturing equipment. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems; work on machining, fabrication, and capital projects. Perform preventive maintenance. Industrial maintenance experience required, including ammonia refrigeration, HVAC, and steam generation (boiler) in a commercial/manufacturing environment. Basic electrical experience; PLC and welding skills a big plus $30 – $40/hour + $2/hour shift differential, OT as production demands, and $3K target bonus.
Maintenance Supervisor – 2nd Shift (#4244 – Madison, WI area) Implement maintenance excellence and preventative maintenance programs; lead and coach maintenance team; coordinate maintenance repairs and troubleshoot all plant and utility equipment for this food manufacturer. HS Diploma or equivalent required with 4+ years industrial maintenance experience and 2+ years leadership experience.; strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills. 2nd shift: 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm; some OT as production demands. $33 – $37/hour + target bonus and shift differential. Agriculture Assistant Manager (#4234 – Wisconsin Dells area) Assist Ag Manager with supervising employees, all raw product needs, and maintenance projects. Supervise planting and harvesting operations. Associate degree preferred but will consider relevant work experience; knowledge of field operations and equipment required. Must have or able to obtain a Commercial Pest License or be a Certified Crop Advisor. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required. Planting/harvesting and supervisory experience a big plus. $65K – $75K + bonus; no relocation benefits.
Electro-Mechanical Technician 2nd Shift (#4283 – Madison / Oconomowoc, WI area) Responsible for all production and industrial refrigeration equipment, electrical and control systems. Apply RCA to improve/eliminate future problems. Perform preventive maintenance on all plant equipment for this food manufacturer. Minimum HS Diploma, industrial maintenance experience required including ammonia refrigeration, HVAC, and/or steam generator (boiler). Basic electrical experience required; PLC experience a big plus. $27 – $32/hour + $1.50 shift differential for 2nd shift, OT as production demands, and bonus program. No relocation benefits available. Hours are approximately (based on production demands): 2nd shift: 2:00 pm – 11:00 pm Monday through Friday with occasional weekends.
Maintenance Technician – 1st Shift (#4302 – Knoxville, TN area) Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and operation of equipment for this food manufacturer. Provide maintenance and continuous improvement of preventative maintenance and calibration programs. Participate in pilot plant operations. Requires a HS Diploma or GED, 5+ years maintenance or electrical service experience; 5+ years food processing/manufacturing experience. Mechanical and/or Electrical Certification preferred. ENGINEERING / TECHNICAL POSITIONS
Chemical Operator (#4201 – Madison, WI) Perform chemical syntheses of APIs and work on multikilogram scale organic chemical syntheses with reactors larger than 100 gallons. High School Diploma required (Associate Degree a plus) and 2+ years’ experience in a chemical manufacturing setting required. $24 – $30/hour; no relocation benefits.
Project Engineer (#4210 – Milwaukee, WI) Combine project management, customer interaction, and mechanical design abilities to produce and deliver high quality machines, tools, automation, controls, and services. BS – Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years’ experience in mechanical design, 2 years project management responsibility. Skilled in power transmission design, hydraulics, automation, machine tool fixture design, bearing selection, ballscrew selection, and tooling design given a priority over other design experience. Proficient with SolidWorks and AutoCAD. $80K – $100K + bonus.
